The room
What you are booking
Book the whole apartment and stop worrying about who sleeps where. Three separate bedrooms — a double, a twin and a bunk room — take up to eight people, which is the size most surf trips with friends actually end up being.
The double is the quiet one at the end, with a proper big bed, two windows and cactus-embroidered cushions that guests keep asking where to buy. The twin room takes two singles with the windows on two sides, and the bunk room fits four in solid pine bunks around a round wooden table. Berber rugs and warm ochre plaster run through all three.
Above it all is the rooftop terrace: tiled floor, low benches under the sun, potted cacti along the rail, and a view straight out over the rooftops of Imsouane to the hills and the water beyond. It is where the group ends up every evening once the boards are rinsed.
